Return & Refund Policy

 

Returns

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must include all original tags and packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • An unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging may be required to process damage claims.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return or exchange requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item

  • a defective product

  • the wrong item

please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • an unboxing video

  • clear photos of the product

  • photos of the original packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Size Exchanges

We understand that sometimes the size may not fit perfectly.

If you need a size exchange, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Conditions for exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to us before the replacement is processed.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement order for the requested size.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Color Variations

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.
Such minor variations are not considered defects.


Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
